Lose Man Boobs By Avoiding These Notorious Chemicals

Lose Man Boobs Naturally
The long years of search for ways to lose man boobs can become pretty boring. It could wear your enthusiasm big time. Some men, who doubt natural fixes, resort to surgical methods that could banish the male breasts for good but these are usually expensive and applicable to seemingly hopeless gynecomastia cases. If you think hiding them is no longer helping you, think again. It's too early to give up when you feel you're still missing something.

The trick is to do it properly, step-by-step, not panic. Don't get swayed by your emotions and attempt to spot reduce your man boobs by making an appointment with a surgeon. The first thing to do is to find out whether yours is a case of gynecomastia (male boobs composed of feminine tissues) or pseudo-gynecomastia (male boobs composed of fats and maybe a small amount of female tissues) by getting a doctor's diagnosis.

Hormone imbalance is the number one cause of gynecomastia while obesity is the primary reason for developing pseudo-gynecomastia. These are two different conditions with varied solutions but could also be the same if yours is a combination of both. Therefore, you need to watch your diet closely and watch out for hormone-altering chemicals at the same time.

Hormone-altering chemicals are all around us. You could be drinking them, eating them, or exposed to them through shampoos, soaps, deodorants, and many others. Your boobs are in danger of getting even bigger if you do not know what your enemies are.

Unbeknownst to many men across the globe, thousands of hormone-disrupting chemicals are giving their hormones a bad day every day. These chemicals cause the estrogen level to rise and the testosterone levels to fluctuate resulting in gynecomastia and other more serious conditions like prostate cancer.

To give you an idea, read below.

Bisphenol A or polycarbonate plastic

Usually, plastic materials having this chemical are stamped with number '7' or bear the letters PC. Bisphenol A or BPA is a chemical backbone (monomer) used in producing polycarbonate plastic and is commonly detected in plastic water bottles, baby bottles, kitchen utensils and wares, pacifiers, toys, CDs, microwaveable containers, artificial dentures, fillings, and sealants, dyes, and many others. The chemical eventually leaks into the foods or beverages especially if the plastic is heated or stored for a long time.

The U.S. Geological Survey found samples of water containing 40% of BPA to prove its effect. This means your baby is at risk of being exposed to the chemical through liquids and toys as much as you are through foods or by undergoing dental work.

If you are using deodorants, lotions, or creams, check for the ingredient called paraben. Paraben is an essential recipe used to preserve foods and these personal care items as well as cosmetic products. However, studies show that cosmetics contain 99% of paraben as opposed to the recommended 1%. Since products containing paraben are applied, the chemical can easily penetrate the skin and affect the production of both testosterone and estrogen. In the past years, it is considered safe until researchers found that the chemical actually mimics estrogen once absorbed, the same way anabolic steroids do. If you want to know whether a certain product contains this, look for ingredient such as:

Propylparaben (E216)Ethylparaben (E214)Methylparaben (E218)ParahydroxybenzoateButylparabenMethyl-parahydroxybenzoic acidMethyl-parahydroxybenzoic acidParahydroxybenzoic acidBenzyl-parahydroxybenzoic acidMethyl-parahydroxybenzoic acidEthyl-parahydroxybenzoic acidButyl-parahydroxybenzoic acid

Triclosan and triclocarban

Creams and topical that are labeled "antibacterial," "antifungal," or "antimicrobial" surely has triclosan in them. Even certain products like soaps, toothpastes, cutting boards, and garments. Men who frequently use triclosan-loaded products may experience hormone disruption without knowing it. The worse you can get would be infertility and prostate cancer.

Diesel fuel

Diesel fuel exhaust has been tested and shown to affect androgen action. Men who are frequently exposed to cars and Lorries running on diesel have higher chances of developing hormone imbalance.

There are thousands of hormone-altering chemicals available but there are only a few ways to evade them. You need to carefully select the things you use every time you do your groceries. It could be very time-consuming, we know, but a few hours of stress is better than a lifetime of distress, don't you think?
